ABOUT US
Our founder, having undertaken professional schedules of condition for a decade developed a small network of experienced surveyors who could assist during busy
periods and provide cover for holidays and sickness.
What started as a sole trader situation morphed into a nationwide network of surveyors, undertaking schedules of condition on all types of properties including residential, commercial, industrial, ecclesiastical and agricultural.
We have seen everything from a Bungalow to a Bottling Plant, an Apartment to an Abattoir, a Farm to a Factory and House to a Hotel. But we want to see many more!
Our Surveyors are typically qualified with one or more of the following professional institutions: Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Association of Building Engineers, Chartered Institute of Building, Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, Residential property Surveyors Association and the Pyramus & Thisbe Society.
We even have surveyors who are qualified with all of them!
